We gladly accept Returns and Exchanges

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery ( We will guide you with the process).



If you received your order and aren't totally in love with it, You are welcomed to return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund (less shipping and handling fee if applicable), To the original method of payment.  The merchandise must be unworn with original packaging invoice included. We'll send you an email as soon as your return has been received and processed.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Obvious signs of use.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned after more 30 days after delivery.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

The refund may take longer to post depending on the card issuing bank. However, If it takes any longer than 10 days please let us know by contacting us through and we will escalate that with the bank/payment gateway. 


Please Note: All order has to be returned to our mailing address by the buyer and we will not be responsible for the package lost in the mail, So we suggest you keep the tracking number with you as well as share it with us after shipping the item to us.

We kindly ask that you carefully review the product images and description before making your purchase, as we cannot accept returns simply based on personal preference. Rings - At Keeta Luxury, we create customized rings made just for you. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns or refunds on these special pieces unless they arrive damaged or drastically different than what was advertised. We take pride in crafting each ring to fit your specific size and style, so rest assured that your unique piece will be made with care and attention to detail.

Ring Size Exchange ( Only If Approved by customer support) -  If you ordered a wrong size we can resize it for you however the customer will be charged (INR -500 / USD $8) Extra for shipping and handling, since your ring was made to order for your size specifically We have to either resize your ring or make a new one altogether. Please be advised that gold and rose gold plated rings can not be resized due to the process it requires to resize them. 


Offer Sale and/or discounted items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded , returned or exchanged Unless delivered damaged.

Please Note, we offer 14-days return/refunds for the items purchased at full price only. 

Unfortunately, offer sale items or any items purchased at a discounted price using an offer / discount code cannot be exchanged , replaced and/or returned.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
